Conclusion

     While learning the day to day operations, and some of the ins and outs of the Park Avenue Club, we saw how they use Management Information Systems in their operational routine.  With a staff of over 40 people it is important that the club has proper chain of management in control in order to make sure that everything runs smoothly on a daily basis.  This Job is handled by the Director of Operations, Troy Titus who works with all the employees in seeing that jobs get done efficiently.
   

     Park Avenue Club uses one of the best software's on the market known as Jonas to help with enterprise management.  Jonas is capable of handling the clubs Payroll, sales, inventory, scheduling, member database, financial records, and more.  All the vital information that is needed for the club to run correct is handled in the Jonas software.  However since the software has been used since 2008, it would be recommended to look into the latest new version off Jonas for the club to insure that all of the needed upgrades are able to be downloaded with no trouble, that a outdated version might cause.  
   

     The Club overall runs very smoothly from acquiring members, to hosting parties, providing catering, and even giving back to many charitable causes and organizations.
