The Jonas Club Software updates do not run fast enough and do not “update” the software.  The software was purchased about six years ago so the software has become obsolete.  The Park Avenue Club may want to look into different club management software.  These are more current alternatives:

Club Express is a company based in Schaumburg, IL.  This particular software option offers a lot.  It offers a 60 - day free trial so there should be little risk in trying out.  You can request a guided or live demonstration if their demo video provided on their website isn't enough to get you started.  When creating a website, you can choose to create a domain name, transfer an already existing one, or use a sub-domain. (i.e. Parkavenueclub.clubexpress.com)   ClubExpress has been in their business or 10 years and have over 100 clubs as customers so you can find examples of a website by them under their “Who uses ClubExpress” page.  Also, they don’t charge for certain things such as bandwidth and expired members.

CSI Software offers their management software Spectrum NG.  Although they have specific software for health and fitness clubs, the software they provide will work with any club.  They claim to have an easy to understand interface designed for “speed and accuracy” and they have bank-direct billing in order to help a club avoid fees they would otherwise have to pay.  Their software is used by 64 different clubs so you can also find examples of their website layouts and design options.

ClubSoft seems to be the lighter of the 3 software options but they offer software that caters specifically to city clubs.  It includes banquet event management and food and beverage point of sale.  Club can help you with a public website and offers a cloud storage service to help you prevent losing data in natural disasters.
